You will find white wines, which are fermented from must in the classic style, although a maceration for some hours on the skins may be added.
Wines made from white grape varieties that are fermented on the skins and in “Kvevris” result in complex and exciting new flavor experiences.
Our Pinot Noir grapes, fermented on the skins, are manually punshed-down and pressed.
When we bottle our Pinot Noir without oak usage, we create a light and fruity red wine that you can also enjoy during the summer.
Allowing our Pinot Noir to mature in barriques, our goal is to add depth and roundedness to the red wine. In older barriques, the focus is on roundedness, while in newer barriques, we aim for depth and woody notes. This is the red wine for cooler days or special occasions.
